A visit from cousins Betsy and Peter and Great Aunt Janet

Yesterday we had the pleasure of a visit from my cousin Betsy, her son Peter and my Aunt Janet. Betsy lives in Baltimore, so it is nice for us to easily come for visits. It was especially nice that Aunt Janet is in town and was able to come as well.

As is obvious from the photo below, Peter is one of the most adorable kids. He is just beautiful and has a very mellow personality. Clara and Lucia were very excited to see him and I think he was a little more reserved in his enthusiasm for them. I am sure that over time they are going to have a lot of fun together.

Before we went to China, or were even matched with the girls, Betsy always said that we would raise Peter and our daughter as twins. Little did we know that we would be looking at triplets and that there are some striking similarities. Our girls are pretty laid back as well and all three of them have beautiful, curly hair.

For some reason we lost a number of photos we took with our camera yesterday. But Betsy sent this one along to us, with Peter enduring attention and admiration from his new cousins.
